To ensure an exceptional and seamless experience, I kindly ask all clients to observe the following:
- Advance Reservations: Appointments should be booked at least 24 hours in advance. While occasional same-day arrangements may be possible, pre-booking is strongly recommended due to a busy schedule.
- Deposits for First-Time Clients: A deposit is required to secure your appointment—$100 for out-call and $50 for in-call. Deposits can be submitted securely via my website, email, or text. Texting apps are not accepted for booking.
- Cancellations & Rescheduling: Deposits are non-refundable but may be applied toward a rescheduled appointment within 30 days. After 30 days, deposits are forfeited. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in deposit retention at my discretion.
- Punctuality & Consideration: Please arrive on time and present the agreed-upon consideration discreetly within the first five minutes of our meeting. This ensures a smooth and respectful beginning to our time together.
- Hygiene & Courtesy: Respect and impeccable hygiene are paramount. For your convenience, shower facilities, fresh towels, soap, and mouthwash are provided upon arrival.
- Professionalism: All rates are fixed and non-negotiable. Currency is displayed in CAD, and cryptocurrency is not accepted.
